The suppliers that I use and/or recommend:
- Lamberts
- Nature's Best (part of Lamberts)
Lamberts and Nature's Best are not the cheapest vitamins but in my opinion worth the money. Lamberts and Nature's Best use good quality ingredients and are the one's I always buy.

Vitamin C
I don't recommend taking Vitamin C routinely on a daily basis but if I am recovering from an injury I will supplement with a few hundred mg/day for a week or two, as I believe it helps tissue repair.
Weleda Arnica Ointment
Weleda Arnica Ointment is a traditional herbal product that you apply to the skin to help reduce bruising after injury.

Which products do my patients ask about a lot?
For Painful Joints
Glucosamine, clinical trials do not show significant benefits but some patients are convinced that it helps their with arthritic pain. However it doesn't seem to work for everyone and not all patients get the level of relief they want. If you are keen to try it, why not buy a couple of months supply and see if it helps.
Cod liver oil, a good source of essential fatty acids that the body needs to produce prostoglandins. Thought to reduce arthritic pain and inflammation.
For the Immune System
Echinacea is said to help boost the immune system.
